BE A DUCK
WHAT IT MEANS:
We stay cool, calm, and collected even when we are faced with adversity.
HOW WE EXPRESS IT:
We never stop kicking below the surface, but always keep our professional and adult composure above the water.
We are focused on improving the lives of our teammates and their families, our clients and employees, and the consumers they service by developing the best solutions possible.
By living our Core Values, our team produces world class products and solutions that raise the bar in the ARM industry.
Healthy credit. Healthy lives. Opportunity.
We stay cool, calm, and collected even when we are faced with adversity.
We never stop kicking below the surface, but always keep our professional and adult composure above the water.
When faced with a decision, we always do what’s right, not what’s convenient.
Even if it means more work or extra steps, we do not cut corners.
Not every decision or action we take is going to be correct all the time. We are not know-it-alls.
Our experience shows us that how we react to failure determines our ability to succeed. We are hungry to continue learning from our successes and our setbacks.
Baseball player Ernie Banks said, “Let’s play two!” He loved playing so much he always wanted to play a second game. “A” players are passionate about what they do.
It’s natural to go the extra mile when you love what you do.
We are a team. A team of adults. We know that we are only as strong as our weakest link.
We don’t throw each other under the bus. Ever. We lend a hand. We help each other. Together we are better.
From our corporate headquarters in New Jersey to 15 other states and territories and 4 countries, we are more than 80 team members strong. We enjoy fluency in 7 different languages, over 500 years of combined industry experience, supporting more than 10,000 users, and sending and receiving more than 100 million placements across all our product lines while facilitating the recovery of Billions of dollars through the collection ecosystem.
