Goldie Plus combines a fully customizable AI-powered support agent with a robust suite of automation tools, enabling organizations to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and unlock new levels of productivity. 

The release of Goldie Plus builds upon the strong adoption and performance of Ask Goldie, Vertican’s AI-driven support agent that has already demonstrated significant value delivering fast and intelligent assistance to users. With Goldie Plus, Vertican extends these capabilities further, offering tailored AI experiences alongside powerful automation modules.

• Redaction – Analyzes documents in bulk, detecting and redacting sensitive information based on custom rules.
