Vertican has received requests for programming changes to the Collection-Master CITI3 DTP. These changes include:
- Vendor Placement File
- Vendor Maintenance File
- Vendor Inbound File
We will program Collection-Master to be compliant with the changes, test with Citi directly, and pass.
Thereafter, Vertican will provide your firm with instructions on how to configure Collection-Master so that you are able to quickly pass.
We will communicate further details as this action plan is solidified.
